FLL State Little League Champions!

If you have not heard already, your FLL Majors team are Maryland State Champions! Later this week they are headed to Bristol, Connecticut to compete in the Mid-Atlantic Regional Tournament attempting win a bid to be in the LLWS. Whatever you can do to support this team is greatly appreciated. We have the following ways you can help support this team:

The team has created a Facebook page and fundraiser called "Friends of Fruitland All Stars". You can find the direct link to their Facebook fundraiser at https://www.facebook.com/donate/1187652888071776/?fundraiser_source=external_url. Their page also has information on a GoFundMe as well.

On Wednesday, July 31st, Adam's Taphouse Grille is donating 20% of all eligible food and drink sales from 11am-Close to FLL. There is another fundraiser at Adam's that day, so please present the flyer that is attached.

There is a crab raffle, courtesy of David Widdowson, to win a bushel of #1 crabs and 2 dozen ears of corn, with the winner picked on Thursday, August 1st. You can purchase tickets at Adam's on Wednesday evening, or contact David Widdowson, Corey Shepherd, or Stacey Shepherd.

On Thursday, August 1 at 7pm we will be having a Champions Pep Rally to celebrate the State Championship and give the team a boost of support as they travel to Connecticut. This will be held at FLL. Come show your support!
